The Following are news highlights in Ethiopia's major media outlets on Saturday.

-- Ethiopian Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn has received and held talks with a Qatari business delegation led by Sheikh Dr. Khalid bin Thani bin Abdullah Al Thani, Chairman of Ezdan Holding Group.

-- Turkey's Istanbul Kemerburgaz University has conferred an Honorary Degree on Dr. Mulatu Teshome, President of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.

At the ceremony held at the University on Friday, President Mulatu who has been in Turkey for a five-day state visit, received Doctor of Economics in recognition of the key role he has played in elevating the Ethio-Turkish bilateral ties. (Ethiopian News Agency/ENA)
