Chinese shares open mixed Monday

Chinese stocks opened mixed on Monday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.09 percent at 3,143.09 points.

The smaller Shenzhen Component Index opened 0.01 percent lower at 10,004.22 points. The ChiNext Index, China's NASDAQ-style board of growth enterprises, was up 0.02 percent to open at 1,877.14 points. Endi
