U.S. dollar retreats amid Trump's inauguration

The U.S. dollar fell against other major currencies on Friday as investors pondered over the newly sworn-in President Donald Trump's inauguration speech.

In late New York trading, the euro rose to 1.0708 dollars from 1.0656 dollars in the previous session, while the dollar bought 114.26 Japanese yen, lower than 114.83 yen of the previous session. Enditem
