British FTSE 100 drops 0.15 pct on Monday

FTSE 100 Index, British benchmark stock market gauge, Monday dropped by 0.15 percent, or 10.68 points, to 7,327.13 points.

Share price of Rio Tinto increased by 2.06 percent, topped the gainers of the blue chips.

Anglo American, Mediclinic International, Glencore and Randgold Resources increased by 1.96 percent, 1.77 percent, 1.64 percent and 1.64 percent respectively.

Royal Bank of Scotland Group led the top losers of the blue chips with a share price drop of 2.80 percent, following by Prudential (2.14 percent), ITV (2.11 percent), Dixons Carphone (2.11 percent) and Standard Life (2.07 percent). Endit
