Dollar changes hands in lower 117 yen zone in early Tokyo trading

The U.S. dollar changed hands in the lower 117 yen zone early Tuesday in Tokyo.

At 9 a.m. local time, the dollar was quoted at 117.04-05 yen compared with 117.04-14 yen in New York and 117.34-35 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Monday.

The euro fetched 1.0403-0403 dollars and 121.76-77 yen against 1.0396-0406 dollars and 121.82-92 yen in New York and 1.0466-0467 dollars and 122.81-85 yen in Tokyo late Monday afternoon. Endit
