U.S. dollar rises against other major currencies

The U.S. dollar climbed against other major currencies on Tuesday as economic data from the country came out overall positive.

In late New York trading, the euro fell to 1.0715 dollars from 1.0775 dollars, while the dollar bought 114.00 Japanese yen, higher than 113.75 yen in the previous session. Enditem
