Spanish stock market falls 0.22 pct on Thursday

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 fell 0.22 percent on Thursday to close at 8,669.20 points, down from the 8,688.20 points of Wednesday.

On Thursday's session, Amadeus shares led falls losing 2.95 percent, followed by Grifols, Inditex, R.E.C., Iberdrola and Endesa that lost 2.16 percent, 1.49 percent, 1.46 percent, 1.41 percent and 1.33 percent, respectively.

On the other hand, Banco Popular shares led rises climbing 13.66 percent, followed by Banco Sabadell, Repsol, ArcelorMittal, Caixabank and Tecnicas Reunidas that rose 4.08 percent, 2.34 percent, 1.95 percent, 1.64 percent and 1.27 percent, respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium closed at 128 points and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate closed at 1.56 percent, both showing no big differences when compared with Wednesday's closing time. Enditem
