Vietnam's HCM City reports 83 Zika cases

Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City has so far had 83 Zika patients, including nine pregnant women, the municipal Preventive Medicine Center said Monday.

To date, 17 out of 24 rural and urban districts of Ho Chi Minh City have reported Zika patients, the center said, adding that Binh Thanh District alone has had 17 cases.

Vietnam has so far detected 92 Zika cases, including 83 from Ho Chi Minh City, two each in Dak Lak, Binh Duong and Ba Ria Vung Tau provinces, and one in Khanh Hoa, Phu Yen and Long An provinces respectively. Endit
