France's jobless claims down 0.3 pct in Oct.

The number of registered jobseekers in France fell by 0.3 percent in October for the second successive month, official data showed on Thursday.

The decline of unemployment rate will offer a boost to President Francois Hollande, who set creating jobs as a pre-condition for running presidential election in 2017.

France received jobless claims from 3.478 million people in October, 11,700 less than that of September, Labor Ministry said.

On a yearly basis, the monthly unemployment rate was down by 2.8 percent.
