Spanish stock market rises 0.43 pct, closes at 8,651 points

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 rose 0.43 percent on Tuesday to close at 8,651.50 points, up from the 8,614.60 points of Monday.

On Tuesday session, Banco Popular shares led rises climbing 5.99 percent, followed by ArcelorMittal, ACS, IAG, Acerinox and Tecnicas Reunidas that rose 5.88 percent, 2.24 percent, 2.15 percent, 1.93 percent and 1.69 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Banco Sabadell shares led falls losing 4.37 percent, followed by Grifols, Gamesa, Amadeus, Cellnex and AENA that fell 2.07 percent, 1.53 percent, 0.52 percent, 0.49 percent and 0.28 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium closed at 131 points, down from the 136 points of Monday, and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate closed at 1.57 percent, showing no big differences when compared with Monday closing time. Endit
