Number of tourists in BiH increases in September

Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) received 126,536 tourists in September, an increase of 12.6 percent year-on-year, local media reported on Tuesday.

According to data from BiH Agency for Statistics, during the period, there were 257,098 overnight stays, registering a 13.3 percent increase year-on-year.

In terms of the length of stay of foreign tourists in BiH, the first place was taken by tourists from Malta with an average stay of 5.9 nights, followed by tourists from Ireland with 4.2 nights, South Africa with 3.8 nights, Kuwait with 3.5 nights and France with 3.1 nights. Endit
