Zambian FA finalizes kit deal with Kappa

Xinhua, November 17, 2016 Adjust font size:

Zambia's soccer government body said it has finalized the design of the new kit for the national soccer team with sportswear manufacturing firm, Kappa, the Times of Zambia reported on Wednesday.

The country's national soccer team has had no kit sponsor since the Nike deal hatched in 2004 ended in August 2014.

Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) president Andrew Kamanga said the association will soon announce the full package of the deal with the sports kit firm.

"We are just finalizing the design with Kappa and will launch the new replica as well. We have three options-orange, green and white," he is quoted saying by the paper.

The soccer governing body announced its switch to Kappa last month when the national soccer team faced Nigeria in a World Cup qualifier match. Endit
