Former vice mayor of Xiamen prosecuted

A former vice mayor of Xiamen City in east China's Fujian Province has been prosecuted for bribery, said the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Tuesday.

Putian City People's Procuratorate in Fujian has completed an investigation into Li Dongliang and initiated a public prosecution at Putian Intermediate People's Court .

Li is accused of accepting a huge amount of bribes himself or through his relatives to seek benefits for others when he worked as a district head in Xiamen and vice mayor of the city. Endi
