Nepal condemns terrorist attack in Pakistan's southwest Quetta city

Nepal condemned the terrorist attack at a police training center in Pakistan's southwest Quetta city, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement on Tuesday.

In a message to his Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif, Nepali Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal condemned the terrorist attack.

"In the message, the prime minister condemned terrorism in all its forms and manifestations and expressed solidarity of the government of Nepal in the fight against terrorism," the statement said.

The Nepali prime minister also extended heartfelt condolences and sympathies to the bereaved families.

The terrorist attack occurred overnight, leaving 60 people killed and 117 others injured in Pakistan's southwest Quetta city. Endit
