Hong Kong stocks close 1.55 pct higher

Hong Kong stocks closed up 356.85 points, or 1.55 percent, to 23,394.39 points on Tuesday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 23,130.20 and 23,402.89. Turnover totaled 59.9 billion HK dollars (about 7.72 billion U.S. dollars). Endit
