Justine Ligyalingi, Chief Executive Officer of the Uganda Cricket Association, told Xinhua that Uganda will use the UAE International T20 Cricket Cup tournament as a buildup to the qualifiers.

He said Uganda is among the teams the Emirates Cricket Board invited for the games, scheduled to run from Dec. 12-21.
