Spanish stock market falls 0.10 pct, closes at 8,693 points

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 fell 0.10 percent on Tuesday to close at 8,693.20 points, down from the 8,701.50 points of Monday.

On Tuesday session, Gamesa shares led falls losing 2.81 percent, followed by Tecnicas Reunidas, ArcelorMittal, Gas Natural, Acerinox and ACS that lost 2.26 percent, 2.20 percent, 1.76 percent, 1.57 percent and 1.10 percent respectively.

On the other hand, IAG shares led rises climbing 3.10 percent, followed by BBVA, Melia Hotels, Mediaset, REC and Bankia that rose 2.98 percent, 1.80 percent, 1.18 percent, 0.70 percent and 0.66 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium closed at 99.30 points and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate closed at 1.02 percent, both showing no big differences when compared with Monday closing time. Endit
