The following are highlights of leading Nigerian media outlets on Saturday.

-- Presidency has described as totally untrue the allegation that president Muhammadu Buhari has ordered the freezing of the account of former President Goodluck Jonathan and also stopped his allowances and those of other past leaders of the country.

The presidency's reaction came on the heels of the allegation by demonstrators in Bayelsa State on Thursday that allowances due to a former President have been stopped and his bank accounts were frozen. (Vanguard)

-- The Federal Government failed to commence its free National Home Grown School Feeding program at the beginning of the current academic session in September as promised.
