The following are news highlights in Ethiopia's major media outlets on Friday.

-- Ethiopian Prime Minister Hailemariam Dessalgen urged businesspersons from Dubai on Thursday to replicate the strong trade relation with Ethiopia in the investment frontier.

The premier made the remark while conferring with a trade delegation led by Chairman of Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry Majid Saif Al Ghurair on ways of boosting Ethio-Dubai ties in investment. (Ethiopian News Agency/ENA)

-- The Ethio-Djibouti railway, which was inaugurated on Wednesday, will start rendering service soon by hiring more than 2,000 Ethiopians, said the Ethiopian Railways Corporation. (Fana Broadcasting Corporate/FBC)
