Mongolian cyclist Erdenesuren Munkhtulga of Ningxia LIVALL continental team was crowned the overall champion of a two-day international cycling race in north China's Hebei Province.

Munkhtulga grabbed the title with a total time of 5 hours 53 minutes and 13 seconds, edging Vasilyev Maksym of Ukraine into the second place. Maksym also claimed the polka dot jersey for earning the most points for riding in climb sections.

Thomel Tino from RTS-Monton racing team finished third overall in 5:53:19.

Tino said it was a tough race on the second day. "It's very difficult to make a sprint from the leading bunch. My sprint breakaway came at the finish line."

Some 200 professional cyclists from Europe and Asia along with 400 amateur cyclists entered the two-day race for 270,000 RMB (about 45,500 U.S. dollars) in prize money. Endit
