China awards posthumous first-class merit to research fellow

The Central Military Commission (CMC) posthumously awarded a first-class merit citation to a research fellow for his outstanding contributions, during a ceremony Tuesday.

Fang Ping, a researcher with the Strategic Support Force of the People's Liberation Army, died of a sudden heart attack in May 2015.

Fang was awarded several military accolades for his research. Endi
