Urgent: 29 injured in New York explosion, no evidence of terror links

Twenty-nine people were injured in an explosion in the Chelsea neighborhood in New York on Saturday evening, and city mayor said there is so far no evidence of terror attack.

But Mayor Bill de Blasio said at a news conference that the blast has been an "intentional act." Endit
