The following are the highlights of Zambia's major media outlets on Monday.

-- The Zambian government has warned people abusing the social media in order to commit crimes in the country that they risk being arrested.

Ministry of Home Affairs Permanent Secretary Chileshe Mulenga said the Zambia Police Service's Cyber-crime Unit was closely monitoring social media and that those who will use the platforms to commit crime will be arrested. (ZAMBIA DAILY MAIL)

-- Zambia's revenue collection agency said it will next year introduce mobile phone money transfer payment solutions for tax purposes.

Discussions with the country's three mobile phone service providers on the matter were currently underway. (TIMES OF ZAMBIA)

-- Zambia's biggest agri-business firm has announced the completion of a transaction of over 52 million ordinary shares to a United Kingdom (UK) development finance institution which will enable it to raise fresh finance.
