Zhang wins 200m freestyle S5 gold in Rio

China's Zhang Li won the women's 200m freestyle S5 final at the Rio Paralympics on Thursday, beating Spain's Teresa Perales by more than two seconds.

Zhang, 18, clocked two minutes 48.33 seconds, 2.58 seconds ahead of Perales with Norway's Sarah Louise Rung taking bronze in 2:51.37.

China's Yao Cuan finished fourth in 3:00.93. Enditem
