Li Xiaopeng appointed to transport minister

Li Xiaopeng, former Shanxi governor, has been appointed to minister of transport, according to the decision made by the top legislature on Saturday.

Members of the National People's Congress Standing Committee on Saturday voted to remove Yang Chuantang from this position, replacing him with Li. Endit
