Morocco's FUS Rabat tops Group B of CAF Confederation Cup

Morocco's FUS Rabat late on Tuesday secured the first spot of Group B of CAF Confederation Cup and took a more favourable semifinal tie.

At Complexe Sportif Moulay al Hassan in Rabat, Morocco's FUS Rabat draw 0-0 with Title-holders Etoile Sahel of Tunisia to take the top spot with 12 points, while Tunisians finished second with 10 points to reach both the semi-final.

Following this results, the Moroccan side will face Mouloudia Bejaia of Algeria, while the Tunisian will clash with TP Mazembe of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The Moroccans were the only unbeaten in the group stage.

The first meeting between FUS and Etoile in Sousse back in June ended in a 1-1 draw. Endit
