-- Higher Education Minister Blade Nzimande has postponed an announcement on a report from the Council on Higher Education on university fees in 2017 and is instead meeting students.

Nzimande received the report on Thursday, almost a year since students took to the streets in protest for free higher education in the Fees Must Fall campaign, and is now meeting the South African Union of Students, a federation of student representative councils from 26 universities.
