Dutch cyclist Ligtlee wins women's keirin at Rio Olympics

Elis Ligtlee of the Netherlands won the cycling track women's keirin in the Rio Olympic Velodrome here on Saturday.

The world BMX champion Ligtlee made a decisive move in the last lap to take the gold, beating British Rebecca James to the second place.
