France notched up a gold medal in the lightweight men's double sculls in 6 minutes and 30.70 seconds in the rowing regatta of the 2016 Olympics Games here on Friday.

Ireland took the silver medal in 6:31.23. The bronze medal went to Norway in 6:31.39. Endit
