The following are news highlights in Ethiopia's major media outlets on Wednesday.

-- Ethiopian Prime Minster Hailemariam Desalegn has stressed on the need to foster Diaspora engagement in the overall national development efforts of the country.

-- Ethiopia will continue strengthening its firm stand on fair share of Nile water, said Motuma Mekassa, Ethiopian Minister of Water, Irrigation and Energy.
