Two militants were killed and one soldier was injured on Wednesday during an armed clash in Om Al-Hani, a village of the Jendouba Province in northwestern Tunisia, according to local media.

The Tunisian Defense Ministry has not given any details on the clash so far.

On July 22, Mohamed Sablaoui, a 21-year-old corporal, was killed by a mine when he was on mission in the mountain of Samama in Kasserine Province in central west of Tunisia.

The explosion was claimed by Katiba Okba Ibn Nafaa, a jihadist armed branch which is said to be loyal to the al-Qaida. Endit
