Roundup: Suning consolidates second place CSL table

Jiangsu Suning smashed Henai Jianye 4-1 in the 19th round of Chinese Super League (CSL) on Sunday. As Shanghai SIPG had been defeated by Liaoning Whowin on Saturday, Suning consolidated its 2nd place in the league standings.
Alex Teixeira Santos' follow shot broke the ice for the home team in the 49th minute, and Hong Jeong-Ho's header enlarged Suning's advantage in the 61st minute.
Colombian international Roger Martinez changed the score to 3-0 through a penalty which he created in the 66th minute. Ji Xiang and Zhong Jinbao got a goal for both teams respectively before the final whistle.
Hebei China Fortune edged Changchun Yatai, who was 2007 CSL title owner, 2-1 to make the latter at the bottom of the table.
Aloisio dos Santos Goncalves' center attack made Hebei's first goal in the latest six games in the 32nd minute, Mislav Orsic equalized the score through a powerful shot in the 76th minute.
Dong Xuesheng' diving header brought the fourth straight failure for Yatai in the 82nd minute, after receiving a free kick pass from Li Hang. Comparing to Shijiazhuang Ever Bright who stood the second from the bottom in the standings, Yatai trailed by five points but it had one game in hand.
In the other two games played on Sunday, Chongqing Lifan edged Shijiazhuang Ever Bright 1-0 at home, and Shanghai Greenland defeated Shandong Luneng 1-0. Endit
