U.S. FBI Director James Comey announced on Tuesday his agency would not recommend any criminal charges against Hillary Clinton in her email investigation.

However, Comey described Clinton and her team as "extremely careless" in handling of work-related information on her private server while serving as secretary of state. There was no clear evidence that Clinton and her aides intended to violate the law, he said. (US-Hillary Clinton-Email)

ANKARA -- Seven people were killed and eight others were wounded on Tuesday when a military helicopter crashed in northern Turky, Turkish General Staff said.

The Sikorsky S-70 helicopter, with 15 people on board, crashed in the Tohumluk highlands of the Alucra district of the northern province of Giresun, killing six, including soldiers and their relatives, Turkish General Staff said in a statement on its website, adding that an investigation has been started.(Turkey-Helicopter-Crash)

DAMASCUS -- A booby trapped motorcycle went off near a bakery store in Syria's northeastern province of al-Hasakah on Tuesday, killing 16 and wounding tens of others, a monitor group reported.

Many wounded people were in critical conditions, said the report.(Syria-Blast)

BUCHAREST -- Romanian Prime Minister Dacian Ciolos announced on Tuesday the biggest cabinet reshuffle since he took office last November, by sacking four ministers.

The prime minister said he will nominate on Wednesday Sorin Buse as Minister of Transport to replace Dan Costescu, Dragos Tudorache as interim Minister of Communications and for Information Society to succeed Marius Bostan, Mircea Dumitru as Minister of Education to replace Adrian Curaj and Maria Ligor as Minister-Delegate for Relations with Romanians Abroad to replace Dan Stoenescu.
