-- Ethiopian Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn said Ethiopia has managed to build armed forces capable of fulfilling their mission effectively at any time and under any circumstances.

The Premier, who is also the Commander-In-Chief of the Ethiopian National Defense Force, made the remark here Saturday at the graduation ceremony of 79 senior officers from a military college, who were trained in second degree and diploma programs. (Fana Broadcasting Corporate/FBC)

-- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will, Monday begin an historic visit to Africa, after decades in which no Israeli prime minister has visited the continent.

He will visit Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda and Ethiopia, said Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
