The Wales authorities have launched a rescue mission after 20 schoolchildren were reported missing Wednesday in Brecon Beacons, a mountain range in South Wales, according to Sky News.

The TV channel said three mountain rescue teams were deployed after the alarm was raised at about 1:00 p.m. local time (1200 GMT). The alert came as southwest Wales was hit by heavy rainfall on Wednesday afternoon. The ages of the school children and where they are from has yet not been confirmed. Endit
