Indian stocks close lower

Indian stocks continued its slump in a volatile session on Friday amid risk-off bets and profit booking.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex closed at 26,635.75, 127.71 points or 0.48 percent down from previous close of 26,763.46, with a turnover of 462.46 crore rupees (about 69.3 million U.S. dollars). Endit
