U.S. stocks rally amid oil volatility, European central bank president's comments

U.S. stocks pared early losses to end mildly higher Thursday, as investors meditated on the volatility in oil prices and remarks from the European Central Bank President Mario Draghi.

The Dow rose 0.27 percent, and the S&P 500 added 0.28 percent, while the Nasdaq increased 0.39 percent. Endit
