U.S. stocks rally amid Fed Beige Book

U.S. stocks ended slightly higher Wednesday, as investors assessed the Federal Reserve's Beige Book amid economic data.

The Dow edged up 0.01 percent, and the S&P 500 rose 0.11 percent, while the Nasdaq increased 0.08 percent. Endit
