Foreign investments in Macedonia amount to 65.5 mln USD in Q1

The Macedonian National Bank on Wednesday said in the first quarter of 2016, foreign investments in the country amounted to 58.7 million euro (65.50 million U.S. dollars).

According to official data, most foreign investments were made in February (33.07 million euros) and March (25.08 million euros).

Most investments come from Lichtenstein, Italy, Austria, Britain, Luxembourg, Slovenia and Turkey.

The highest investments were made in the field of vehicle and transport equipment, motor vehicles, construction and textiles. Enditem
