Indian stocks close higher

Indian stocks closed higher Tuesday on strong cues from a strong opening in the European markets and a fresh bounce in crude oil prices.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex closed at 25,772.53, 83.67 points or 0.33 percent up from previous close of 25,688.86, with a turnover of 404.74 crore rupees (about 60.7 million US dollars). Endit
