Vietnam's capital Hanoi stock index ends down

Stock market index of Vietnam's capital Hanoi, HNX-Index, closed at 80.2 points on Tuesday, down 0.2 points, or 0.25 percent, against the previous trading session.

A total of over 39.612 million shares worth some 474.760 billion Vietnamese dong (some 21.29 million U.S. dollars) were traded at the Hanoi Stock Exchange on Tuesday, a decrease of 10.25 percent in volume and 7.21 percent in value against the previous trading session.

Prices of 84 stocks went up; 119 stocks fell down, while 64 stocks remained unchanged. Enditem
