Dollar changing hands in lower 112 yen zone in early trade in Tokyo

The U.S. dollar was changing hands in the lower 112 yen zone in early deals on Wednesday in Tokyo, marginally lower than levels seen overnight in New York.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was trading at 112.27-33 yen, compared with 112.35-45 yen in New York and 111.73-75 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1220-1221 dollars and 125.95-97 yen against 1.1210-1220 dollars and 125.99-126.09 yen in New York and 1.1240-1242 dollars and 125.59-63 yen in late trade on Tuesday afternoon. Endit
