China-CEE (Central and Eastern European countries) cooperation, or "16+1" cooperation, will be the main theme of the coming Sarajevo Business Forum (SBF), senior officials of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) said on Monday.

Denis Zvizdic, Chairman of the Council of Ministers, said the 7th SBF, to be held in early May, will focus on energy, road infrastructure, agriculture, industry, tourism sectors as well as the development of small and medium enterprises.

It will be one of most influential business forums in the region, to be participated by senior government officials as well as company representatives from the region as well as China, he noted.

He promised the government will give its support to the forum.

Chinese Ambassador to BiH Chen Bo said that the SBF is an ideal platform to promote economic cooperation in the region and "16+1"cooperation will make it even more attractive to investors.

It will play an active role to enhance bilateral cooperation between China and BiH as well as regional cooperation, she added. Endit
