Georgia condemns terrorist attack in Ankara

Georgian leaders on Monday condemned the terrorist attack in the Turkish capital of Ankara that killed at least 37 people.

In a statement, President Giorgi Margvelashvili condemned the attack and showed solidarity with the Turkish people.

Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili, in a separate statement, extended condolences to the families and friends of those killed.

The attack took place late Sunday in Kizilay district in the heart of Ankara, killing at least 37 people and injuring 71 others, according to Turkish authorities. Endi
