At a meeting with Jordanian Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour in Amman, the Indonesian official said Indonesia was following up closely on developments in the Middle East and the stalled Palestinian-Israeli peace talks.

She also stressed on the key role Jordan plays in defending the Palestinian issue and holy Islamic and Christian sites in Jerusalem.

Noting that the war on terrorism is the war that should be waged by Muslims, Ensour said Jordan is at the forefront of fighting terrorism and extremism.
