Advisory: Schedules for NPC, CPPCC annual sessions on March 10

Following are the schedules for the fourth sessions of the 12th National People's Congress (NPC) and the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) on Thursday.

NPC:

-- NPC delegations will hold plenary meetings to deliberate the work report of the NPC Standing Committee in the morning.

-- NPC deputies will attend panel deliberations on the report in the afternoon.

-- At 9 a.m., three deputy directors of the NPC special committees and a deputy head of the Commission for Legislative Affairs of the NPC Standing Committee, will give a press conference about legislation progress at the press center of the two sessions.

-- At 10:45 a.m., Minister of Science and Technology Wan Gang will will give a press conference at the press center of the two sessions.

-- At 3 p.m., Minister of Education Yuan Guiren will give a press conference at the press center of the two sessions.

CPPCC:

-- Members of the 12th CPPCC National Committee will hold panel discussions about the draft charity law in the morning.

-- At 3 p.m., the 12th CPPCC National Committee will hold the second plenary meeting. Endi
