Indian stocks extend their rally for the third consecutive day on Thursday, fuelled by renewed interest from foreign institutional investors in the Indian equity market after the Union Budget 2016-17.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex closed at 24,606.99, 364.01 points or 1.50 percent up from the previous close of 24,242.98, with a turnover of 701.61 crore rupees (about 104.9 million U.S. dollars). Endit
