Chinese women's table tennis team beat Spain 3-0 in the fourth round here on Tuesday at the 2016 World Team Table Tennis Championships, preserving its unbeaten record in the past three days.

Chinese players Zhu Yuling and Ding Ning took comfortable wins over their respective Spanish opponents Zhang Xuan and Dvorak Galia at both 3-0.

Chinese player Li Xiaoxia, who still has not gotten into her best state, won Caymel Claudia of Spain at 13-11, 13-11 and 11-5.

Kong Linghui, head coach of the Chinese women's team, said Li did not win so easily on Tuesday, as she was not relaxed enough in the first two matches.

"There will be another match for the group stage tomorrow, and I will arrange her to play again," he added.

The 2016 World Team Table Tennis Championships will be held here from Feb. 28 to March 6. Enditem
