Dollar trades in upper 113 yen range in early deals in Tokyo

The U.S. was trading in the upper 113 yen range in early deals in Tokyo, marginally lower than levels seen at the end of last week in New York.

At 9 a.m. local time, the dollar was changing hands at 113.75-76 yen compared with 113.95-114.05 yen in New York and 112.87-89 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. on Friday.

The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.0923-0924 dollars and 124.24-26 yen against 1.0928-0938 dollars and 124.55-65 yen in New York and 1.1058-1059 dollars and 124.81-85 yen in late deals on Friday afternoon. Endit
