TEHRAN -- Iran's first post-sanctions parliamentary election would see a shift in power line-up in the country's legislative bodies, the incumbent parliament speaker said Sunday.

MOGADISHU -- At least 21 people were killed and several others injured in twin expositions in Baidoa town in Bay region of southern Somalia on Sunday, police and witnesses said.
Mohamed Olow, a police officer in Baidoa, said a car bomb exploded first in a popular restaurant while the second attack was carried out by a suicide bomber in the town. (Somalia-Bombings)

RAMALLAH -- The Palestinians on Sunday called for a binding international resolution to stop the Israeli settlement activity in the West Bank and to save the two-state solution.
